Extremely Disappointing Experience
Definitely do NOT recommend this place! I was shocked to discover that my credit card was charged without my knowledge or authorization more than a month after my stay. My bank was the one who alerted me to the transaction and I immediately contacted them to report it.
To make matters worse, the customer service experience was absolutely terrible. The entire situation was frustrating and incredibly disappointing.
Worst experience I have ever had with a place like this. I would not recommend staying here.

Honestly? This place is great. As others have said, it’s very clearly a work in progress but You can tell the place has improved a lot from what it once was. Especially for the price, definitely worth it. The rooms were clean, AC was working, and the sheets were washed. No signs of bedbugs either!
Just some things it’s missing:
Vending machines don’t work
No fridge or freezer
Bedside lamps, clock
Usually some form of USB charger.
Not complaints, just a comment in case You want feedback on how to improve the rooms.

I like the hotel where it sits, beautiful view of Mt. Shasta, felt very comfortable and nice rooms with newly renovated ammenities. I like stay.
