DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. They charged my father 1700 dollars to repair our refrigerator. We had the parts delivered and made the second appointment and the repairman no showed. There is no way to talk to an actual person on their help line. Terrible terrible service these people are crooks.

Austin was awesome! Even though my garage was really hot he put the parts in my washer really fast and was very polite. I hope I get him every time I need my washer and dryer fixed. The guy who showed up the first day Brian didn’t show up the 2nd appointment and didn’t even bother to call me, I had to call the company and reschedule, hopefully I don’t get him anymore.
