Scapelli’s Appliance Repair is absolutely the best at their trade. Chris fixed our drainage problem and replaced the heating element that had gone out. He explained it all and was a pleasure to work with. This company gets an A-1 rating!

My husband reached out and scheduled an appointment which was scheduled for today 7/6 between 12-3 for our washer that stopped working. We sent him a text (message came back as read), we even called to confirm he was still going to be coming still no answer, so we waited after all that he no showed. The owner came highly recommended on Next door app some had mentioned he’s flaky, and we experienced that today. Don’t waist your time on this guy, he might answer and schedule just to leave you hanging.

Could not have nicer things to say about this business and Chris. We reached out requesting assistance with a washer that was making a loud noise. Prior to our appointment Chris had excellent communication asking for information on the washer (serial number) before even arriving, arrived promptly on time and spent an extensive amount of time trying to diagnose the problem. He asked great questions was polite, professional and was extremely knowledgeable on his craft. I was thoroughly impressed with his services and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Chris came out to service my ice maker for my fridge. He was willing to repair the ice maker but explained that the compressor was starting to fail and he would advise against it. He did not want to charge me anything for the service call. This is an honest guy and I will call him back for any future appliance repairs.
