I’ve been seeing Cindy for massages whenever we’re in Mendocino, and it’s always a highlight of our trip. The place is peaceful, clean, and has such a calm, chill vibe that instantly puts you at ease. Cindy is incredibly professional and her massages are transformative—she has a true gift. It’s become a must-do for us every time we’re on the North Coast.
During a recent stay in Mendocino, I had the joy of visiting Santosha Yoga Studio owned and created by Cindy Sims…and what a gem it is! The moment you walk in, you feel a calm, grounded energy…. It’s soulful and wraps around you like a warm hug.
The space is beautiful, clean, and intimate, filled with intention. Whether you’re just passing through or a local looking for an incredible yoga practice, it’s the kind of place that invites you to drop in, breathe deeply, and come back to yourself.
I also had the most nourishing massage from Jacqueline, her intuitive and thorough touch left me feeling completely relaxed and restored.
If you’re ever in Mendocino and looking for something grounding, heartfelt, and real… Santosha is a beautiful place to practice, yoga or experience amazing massage
I recently visited Santosha for a massage and an Ayurvedic treatment. The space is warm, welcoming, and you can really feel how much Cindy cares about her clients’ well-being.
She has extensive knowledge about yoga and Ayurveda, which shows in the way she explains and tailors her treatments. I really appreciate the calming atmosphere and the personal attention. Looking forward to coming back for a yoga class.
Cindy, the founder of Santosha Healing, has been a lifesaver for me in these post-Covid times. Our paths crossed many years ago through the yoga community in Sonoma County, Ca. Now, both having relocated to the coastal Village of Mendocino, we were to meet again at the perfect time. I like so many others, had fallen far out of touch with my yoga roots. I turned to Cindy to bring that energy back into my life. In doing so, I gained not only a yoga refresher, but a compassionate relationship with a world-class healer, and now true friend. I have taken part in many of her Ayurvedic modalities. She’s an amazing storyteller, having spent some time in India and fluent in Sanskrit, the original yogic language, I feel like when I’m learning from her I am on a unique spiritual journey. It’s next to that, she is a rockstar Massage therapist. Intertwining her knowledge of Ayurveda, using the highest quality, natural oils and herbal combinations, each massage I have received from her has been a true therapeutic experience. I especially love the salt stones that she uses in her hot stone massage treatments. The knowledge and comfort that Cindy has offered me is not to be compared. She is a true Yogini, an expert in her craft.
