My Experience at Santa Rosa Dental
What an amazing experience. I have a lot of past childhood trauma that can make being in the dental chair extremely overwhelming for me—from being laid back in the chair to the sounds and everything that comes with dental work. Sometimes I can have a complete meltdown.
For the first time in my life, I truly felt seen, heard, and appreciated.
Dr. Michael Rice took the time to explain everything to me, listen to my concerns, and help me understand what would work for me and what wouldn’t. The compassion and patience he showed me meant more than I can put into words.
Elizabeth was also absolutely amazing. She took the time to help me understand and work through the finances for the entire process, which made such a stressful situation feel so much more manageable.
I had no wait time and was able to get right in for my appointment after calling.
I am truly honored to recommend this wonderful team to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares. Look no further than Santa Rosa Dental and Dr. Michael Rice. They have my vote, and my sincere gratitude. ❤️
