My husband and I came here and it was the worst experience of our lives at a dental office. Forced us to get extremely over priced X-rays and then claimed a teeth cleaning would take 2 visits to complete… it gets better … the Dentist told me I had 4 cavities and when he pointed them out I was extremely skeptical. I went to see another dentist a week later and did not have a single cavity and my teeth cleaning was a fraction of the price!! Please please stay away from this scam artists.

I was a patient here for years. After two routine cleanings, I received a bill for nearly $400 over a year later with no prior communication. I had returned for additional visits in the meantime and was never informed of an outstanding balance. When the bill finally came, it was a text threatening collections.
After reviewing the bill, I contacted my insurance, who confirmed the deep cleanings performed were not medically necessary based on my x-rays. I was never informed of this before the procedures were done.
The front desk is a broader issue. The team is cliquey, unresponsive, and consistently unprofessional. Billing communication in particular is anti-customer at every step: no proactive outreach, no transparency, and when they do reach out, it’s an immediate collections threat with no context.
I’ve filed complaints with the California Dental Board and the California Department of Insurance and have ended my relationship with this practice.

I am honestly surprised by any negative reviews. Not only is the staff and dentist very kind, and compassionate, they are also very thorough in explaining the treatment plan and costs associated with it. They do not pressure you and work with you to get you the best care possible. I highly recommend this office.
