Awesome place. Great selection and they helped us out with trying to get a fishing rod back on a plane. Super grateful!

Do better. I went in here looking for a new pair of Muck boots and they didn’t have my size. That’s okay, the fella at the counter assured me he could get them ordered and at the shop for me to pick up in, max, two weeks. Well it’s been a little over two months now. I have my boots band that because I ordered them DIRECTLY from Muck. I had gone back in around the two week mark to check on progress because I was passing by. The clerk seemed confused, looked for my order (the original guy wasn’t in at the time) and said they must still be on order. Well that’s when I just decided to order them myself. Got home, ordered them, one week later got my new boots. Still no call or updates from RMI. I probably won’t go back, they did have a nice selection of fishing and outdoor gear though so if you’re just browsing this is a clean and easy to shop store and the staff is friendly. Don’t bother allowing them to order any out of stock items for you though. Go to the source. I can’t ‘shop local’ if your customer service is lacking.

Always excellent service. The guys in the fishing department are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to show me how to rig my line for different types of fishing, definitely going above and beyond.

Bought a trailer here. Great experience. fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The best prices that I’ve been able to find for the ttpea of trailer that I was looking at. I would definitely recommend to family or friends. Thanks a bunch!
