Enjoyed a couple sauna sessions while I was in town. It was so lovely. Staff are extremely kind. Studio is peaceful and lovely. Sauna and shower very clean. Will be coming back! Would love to take yoga next time too!

Rise and Be Well has become my go to place for all of my self-care needs! I highly recommend the Lucia light therapy; I have been doing sessions every week for over a year and it has become my favorite service there. The float tank and new sound bed are great services too! Plus yoga classes, sauna and cold plunge tank, there is something for everyone.

I just had my first experience going to one of their classes. I don’t live in Fort Bragg so it was nice to know that they had mats and towels available for all students as part of the class. I went to the Hot Power Flow class on Monday night, Misha was the instructor. He is a very good teacher. He explained movements with a steady, calm, and thoughtful cadence. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and movement. I highly recommend visiting this clean, cared for business. Perfect for locals, but also for people traveling to the coast who are looking to continue their regular yoga practice.

My partner and I had deep tissue massages and we’re delighted with professionalism and techniques of Bethany and Jessica. Good deep tissue specialists are hard to find! All the staff were great, gentle and joyful. Location is awesome and their facilities are top notch. Clean and so well maintained. So well done! Would highly recommend!
