Customer service is 5star no argument there, but after leaving with 3 different varieties of singles, and 2 pkgs of bulk pre rolls, only two of the singles had a somewhat can handle the flavor, but all others had the flavor of pencils rolled in dirt to an old ladies junk drawer. This is the problem when you purchase what you can’t smell. Sorry owners your suppliers are giving you dirt for flavor.

I WAS a good customer here. However, I will NEVER go there again. They overcharged me $45, but when I called back the nice girl took 100% responsibility and assured me they’d make it good. She told me exactly what I’d be getting, we agreed, and she was going to throw in an extra 1/8 for the hour and a half we would have to drive there and back. I sent my daughter back to get it but when she got there the deal had changed. Suddenly the prices were different and we weren’t getting the eighth because she had taken one off the receipt (that was not why we were getting the eighth – it was because her overcharging wasted our time and gas) I even talked to the boss on the phone and he wouldn’t budge. SO NOW I’ve used some product and this is the second one that looks small. I look more closely, and 3 of the 7 GRAMS I got are HALF GRAMS. I thought that was the case while I had the guy on the phone but I must have picked up one of the grams when I went to check. So now I’ve consumed 2 and all I’m about to have left is this picture. What a disappointment all around. Sad waste of a good customer.
