I mentioned to some friends I thought I had water seeping under a door to the outside, as the flooring was beginning to buckle up. This set off alarms as one of the friends was currently having work done by Redwood Restoration for mold damage at her house. I called immediately that afternoon and Kurt was able to schedule the free consultation first thing the next morning. I was very worried we would find mold. Luckily, I had NO mold, but it was discovered the floor was saturated randomly here and there all over! The entire floor had to be removed and replaced and dried out in between. The crew arrived the next day, working quickly, carefully and efficiently. Kurt is a very conscientious person noticing all the details. I mentioned that my deck was in need of major repair also, a safety hazard really, I was afraid to even walk on it anymore. No longer a problem, he dismantled it and hauled everything off to the dump, including miscellaneous other junk lying around that needed to go! Kurt went above and beyond my expectations and I felt his fees were quite reasonable. I will be hiring him for another project and highly recommend him to anyone who could use his services!

Redwood Restoration came to my rescue when I returned home from a 10 day trip to find my water heater had been leaking the entire time I was gone. On a Sunday morning, less than an hour after I called, they had a clean up crew at my house. They carefully moved out all the stuff that was stored in the garage (where the water heater was) and did a fantastic job over three days with water mitigation and mold assessment. Also, they put my stuff into their safe storage facility after they had everything cleaned for mold and possible mold.

Next they oversaw the rebuild to the damage that had been incurred. Throughout the process they were terrific allies and advocates as I dealt with my home insurance claim. Due to issues with my insurance company, the completion of the rebuild took much longer than anyone thought. The entire time, everyone at Redwood Restoration treated me with great respect, courtesy, and compassion. They answered all of my questions promptly, were incredibly supportive, and communicated directly to my claims adjuster whenever needed.

I would trust Redwood Restoration with any kind of emergency issue in my house if one ever rises again. They truly know what they’re doing in every aspect of remediation and repair. They are the best and I highly recommend them!!
