Stole our money and charged us overdraw. Was checking account balance when I saw a fraudulent charge of over $200. Called and told them it was someone else. It was still pending when I called but they did not bounce it. Then they charged $30 for overdraw fees from the charge. Went in and tried to replace card but said I needed $5 for a new card. They said I didn’t have it because of the overdraw from the fraudulent charge. Will change banks as soon as possible and if you are thinking of opening an account here DONT. It’s been over 4 months and they have not reimbursed me.

I feel like their general services and policies are great, however, expect to wait in line up to 30 minutes for a teller to become available. Even with 4 tellers who appear to be working efficiently, i always end up waiting. This is a very popular bank and could benefit from a larger physical location and some additional staff.

6 years ago I discovered RWCU, I’ve never experienced a bank or credit union like the Redwood credit union in Ukiah.
It is a dream come true.
They make me an my whole family feel special.
