The contractor Matt of Redwood Coast Tile had his apprentice install the preparation work and the travertine tile. Matt never did any work on the bathroom remodel for us. The job was never finished. We made several calls with no response as to when he would finish the job. The tile installation needed a lot of work to repair all the lippage from improper leveling causing tripping from all the uneven tiles. We had to use four grades of sanding to bevel the sharp edges then re-grout and seal. All this included the floor, wall and shower. No calls, no apologies no communication. We would not recommend this contractor.
