Been to Raunak twice now- once for the lunch buffet and another for ala carte dinner and both times had great experience. Exceptional quality of food and especially paneer I’ve had in USA in 10 years here. All paneer dishes are great and masalas are perfect and not too much or too less – just correct. I also ordered paneer biryani which was by far the best I’ve had. Also got dahi puti which became a bit soggy by the time it got to us but I think its okay given they had lot of people to cater at the time and it still tasted great- flavors on point! Highly recommend a visit. Also looking forward to trying other dishes.

I ordered a quick dinner from this place through Uber Eats, and I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything was packed. They included utensils and napkins, which I always appreciate—it shows attention to detail and care for the customer.

I ordered the dahi bhalla papdi chaat, and I loved that the components were packed separately to keep the papdi crisp. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion was generous enough to be a satisfying meal. I would have liked a little more tamarind chutney, but otherwise it was one of the better chaats I’ve had.

I also tried the aloo kulcha, which arrived hot and freshly prepared with a flavorful filling. My only suggestion would be to include a small serving of pickle or raita on the side, as it would complete the dish nicely.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal, and the thoughtful packaging really stood out. I’d definitely like to visit the restaurant in person sometime and try their buffet.

Raunak really had a lot of raunak (very well lit; Indian style super bright lights; place felt lively).

Food was really yummy and decent proportion.
We ordered vegetarian items: Dal Makhani, Chole Bhature, Paneer Sizzler, Vada Pav, Paneer Tilka masala, Palak Papdi Chaat and bread assortment.

Chole Bhature was the star dish for us.

Palak Papdi chaat was the only dish that wasn’t wow.

Everything else was really delicious. In the end, you get yummy saunf and freshener varieties to taste too!

Raunak is such a fantastic addition to Milpitas for anyone who loves North Indian food. The menu is extensive and really captures Delhi-style flavors while still feeling fresh and modern.

We started with the Palak Patta Chaat and Gobi Manchurian — both were perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The Amritsari Fish Pakora was crispy and well-seasoned, and the veg and non-veg grill platters were a great way to try a variety of items at once. For mains, the Paneer Lababdar, Malai Kofta, and Chicken Tikka Masala were rich, comforting, and paired beautifully with the onion kulcha and garlic naan. The Chicken Biryani was aromatic and cooked just right.

Desserts were the perfect ending — Moong Dal Halwa, Rabdi, and Gulab Jamun were all delicious, and the mukhwas was a nice touch after the meal. The Raunak special mango shake was also really refreshing.

The ambiance is clean and inviting, the service was attentive, and the location is easy to get to. Overall, Raunak is a great spot for family dinners, celebrations, or even catering
