I love the calm atmosphere at this store. The staff are very friendly and they go the extra mile for you.

Raley’s is a far better shopping experience. Top tier grocery store. The bakery and deli are great. They have great coffee and sushi. They are pricier with some items but at least you didn’t have to walk into any of the other grocery stores in town that smell like fish… Customer service at raley’s is always great also. I only had a bad experience one time years ago when they wouldn’t let me use a basket because they told me homeless people were taking them. I told them I didn’t give two toots about that and I complained a lot that baskets were for customers and not for employees to hoard. Within a month they had new baskets available for their customers to use.

Visiting my bestie in Northern California, needed to shop to make her some homemade chicken piccatta soup after her surgery today, and Raleys was my option in Ukiah. What a clean and well-organized grocery store! I asked to sign up for their Raleys shopping card program to access their store discounts. The Manager was terrific! After difficulties with online process…the called the team involved in the cards and had me set up within a very little time. It was so comforting to get that one on one, personal assistance, and I greatly appreciated this great experience. That store manager should be recognized for going above and beyond! Kudos!

Place is always clean. Mondays have the best deals and meat is always good here. There seems to be many transients outside on the tables but in ukiah that problem is everywhere.

The decor is very nice. Our waitress was polite & attentive. The food was great. I had the ‘A La Mexicanan’ omelet with avocados & my friend had biscuits & gravy. It’s the best sausage gravy I’ve ever had!
