Farmers Omelette big pieces of bacon and white cheese. Lingucia omelette have flavor pieces of lingucia. These 2 omelettes had a lot of flavor and very filling. They are very satisfying.

Went here for the first time with my friends that introduced me to this restaurant. I’m not in town but oh boy would I be willing to drive this far again for Rafael’s. The toast was at a perfect toasted point, the scrambled eggs was delightful and full of flavor. The coffee was just enough to get me going through the day. I recommend this restaurant for breakfast enjoyers and will be back again!

We just wanted to try a new place. The country gravy was generally bland yet on the salty side, the biscuit wasn’t too bad but again, slight salty as well. The wife’s chilaquiles apparently does not contain meat, contrary to one review and the sauce resembled enchilada sauce from a can. The country potatoes “were” pretty good.

On the morning of Saturday May 25, 2024 I had breakfast at Rafael’s for the 2nd time. Both times I had scrumptious omelettes and perfectly cooked hash browns. It was a good idea for me to arrive shortly after their 7 a.m. because by 8:00 the restaurant was starting to fill up.

Excellent quality food. I ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger and their Stuffed J with rice to not be disappointed in flavor. Bacon on my burger was cooked to the perfect balance of crunch to chew texture that apparently isn’t always easy to get right for some cooks. I was more impressed by the stuffed jalapenos because I was expecting tiny little jalapeno poppers but these are giant jalapenos stuffed with some I’m not sure what mixture, but it was delicious. I do have to say that my burger patty was cook to well-done, but not over cooked to cardboard texture like some restaurants are known to do. I will definitely be coming back to try out other dishes on the menu.
