I don’t write reviews very often, but the exceptional service I received today finally convinced me that Quality Motors deserves one.

My family first got to know this wonderful family-owned business when we were shopping for my son’s first car. Joseph greeted us with a smile, welcomed us in, offered his assistance, and then gave us the space to browse without any pressure. After letting us look around on our own, he checked back in and even offered to print Carfax reports for each of the three vehicles we were interested in. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to work with us. Although we ultimately purchased my son’s first car elsewhere, that positive first impression stayed with us.

Not long after buying the car, I ran over something on the freeway that became lodged underneath the vehicle. We called Quality Motors, and they told us to bring it in right away. They quickly removed what was stuck underneath, but what impressed me even more was the thorough inspection they performed afterward.

Jesus, the owner and father of the family, personally worked on the car. He had no problem with me walking up to where he was working, asking questions, and watching what he was doing. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong, what parts were worn, what needed immediate attention, and what could safely wait. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and never once made me feel pressured. As someone who isn’t a mechanic, I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. In fact, he pointed out several issues that had apparently been overlooked—or perhaps ignored—by the dealership where we had purchased the car.

Quality Motors services all makes and models but specializes in European vehicles, and their expertise really shows.

The reason I’m finally taking the time to write this review happened today.

On a Saturday, I thought I heard another noise coming from underneath the car. I called Joseph on his personal cell phone—the number he had previously given me in case I ever needed anything—to see if there was any chance someone could take a quick look at it.

What impressed me the most, and what perfectly demonstrates the kind of customer service you receive at Quality Motors, is that Joseph answered even though he was on his lunch break. I told him I would simply bring the car in after he finished eating, but instead he told me, “My lunch can wait. Bring it in now.”

That simple gesture spoke volumes.

He willingly gave up part of his own personal time to make sure my son’s car was safe to drive. In today’s world, it’s rare to find that level of dedication and genuine care for your customers. He wasn’t trying to make a sale—he was simply looking out for us.

From the very first day we walked onto their lot to every interaction since, Joseph and Jesus have consistently treated us with honesty, kindness, professionalism, and respect. They take the time to educate their customers, prioritize repairs instead of trying to sell you everything at once, and truly care about the people who walk through their doors.

Finding a mechanic you trust is difficult. Finding a family-owned business with this much integrity and this level of customer service is even rarer.

Quality Motors has earned our business for all of our cars, and I recommend them without hesitation. Thank you, Joseph and Jesus, for treating our family like your own.

They want to make sure you are happy and the car is reliable and is going to get you to and from safely. They do not use pressure sales techniques, or are they focusing only on making the sale.
