I honestly almost turned around becuase the parking lot looked full and I didn’t feel like dealing with a crowd. But once I got on the trail it was totally peaceful and quiet, barely saw anyone else. The trees are all short and twisted from the soil, its like walking through a diferent world and the boardwalk keeps it easy even if you arent super steady on your feet. Definately worth the stop if youre driving through the area, I wish I had more time.

wanted an easy hike but got an absolute workout from all the roots and rocks lol totally worth it becuase the trees were awsome really cool trail that i alrready want to do again

A beautiful trail it’s a moderate hike with a lot of woodland and once you finish the Hike to the top you won’t regret it

Gorgeous hike. Took about an hour to get to the Pygmy Forest and an hour back to the trailhead! There was a portapotty but it had a broken lock.
