Terrible. I set an appt here days ago, have 2 confirmation emails. I’m here at the time and date, doors locked, no responses to knocks, calls and texts.
Update: when she finally responded , the owner took zero responsibility claiming the appt when to junk mail and the confirmations mean nothing because they’re “not from her”, they’re “from a 3rd party”. Don’t companies hire 3rd parties to use? Apparently this one with online scheduling is just for show
