Delicious crab sandwich with macaroni salad. The clam chowder bowl and BBQ oysters were delicious as well. I regret not visiting more during our weekend trip to Mendocino. It’s only 10 min away.

Despite the ratings, I would say that it was pretty mid range for a seafood establishment along the coast. The Rockfish sandwich was quite good, the Crab Roll was just ok, the crab cocktail was less of a cocktail and more just a cup of minced crab with butter. The clam chowder was very tasty and left me wishing I had just gotten a bowl of that. All in all, I don’t think I would go back, especially given that we spent near $90 for 2 people.

This place was sublime! Extremely fresh seafood, spacious seating with wonderful views of the Bay, and efficient service. We ordered the baked and raw oysters, kimchi crabcakes, and grilled cod – everything was fantastic!! Even the salad and coleslaw that came with the orders were super fresh and you could tell they were made in house.

We also got to see plenty of seal and boats in the harbor. This was one of my mom’s favorite meals ever. Would 100% come back again.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Princess Seafood Restaurant in Fort Bragg, located right on Noyo Harbor under the bridge with gorgeous waterfront views. This is a great casual spot that’s both kid-friendly (they have options for the little ones) and dog-friendly with comfortable outdoor patio seating.
The fresh oysters were the star of the meal — perfectly chilled, super fresh, and briny with a nice squeeze of lemon. Exactly what you want for a coastal lunch!
The crab roll was generously stuffed with fresh crab, but it had a bit too much seasoning, which slightly overpowered the natural sweet crab flavor. Still good, but I’d prefer it lighter next time.
The clam chowder was okay — creamy and decent, but not the best we’ve had. It was a fine side, especially with the view and a cold beer on a breezy day.
Despite the minor notes on the crab roll and chowder, the incredibly fresh seafood, stunning location, and welcoming atmosphere for families and dogs make this a solid choice in Fort Bragg. We’d happily return and try other items on the menu. Great spot for lunch by the water!

Oh so tasty! The cashier said they had local king salmon available, we tried it plain on a rice bowl and it sure was delicious, perfectly cooked, the taste was comparable to what you could get at a fancy place in the city. The chowder was well seasoned and the sourdough bread was so good. The food is unpretentious but there is passion and technique in the ingredients and execution. The view from the table is exceptional. Many sea lions cruising nearby. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. The prices are actually reasonable compared to other places on the coast.
