Porsche San Francisco completely changed my impression of Porsche as a brand.

After a disappointing experience with Porsche Mobile in Alabama, I was honestly hesitant to move forward with another Porsche dealership. Porsche Mobile ran my credit for a 2024 Cayenne S CPO and ultimately sold the vehicle to someone else without meaningful follow-up, leaving me frustrated and with an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report. Fortunately, Porsche San Francisco completely restored my confidence in the Porsche brand.

I purchased a 2024 Certified Pre-Owned Cayenne S from Porsche San Francisco while living in Pittsburgh, and they made what could have been a complicated cross-country purchase incredibly easy. As a resident physician with a demanding schedule, I especially appreciated how accommodating they were. They worked around my availability, gave me time to submit my business application, and never pressured me into making a decision. They patiently walked me through both leasing and financing options without ever trying to upsell me or push me toward a more expensive vehicle. I work as a resident, but also own my own companies and do consulting work. There was a need to take some time to do some paperwork to ensure PFS was getting the correct data for me— unlike Porsche of Mobile, Porsche of San Francisco gave me the time to fix these things up WITHOUT selling the car I was looking to buy (despite there being 3-5 inquiries about it at the time).

He secured me a great deal on my CPO Cayenne S, and every interaction reflected professionalism and integrity.

Despite being located in California while I was in Pittsburgh, Porsche San Francisco handled virtually everything remotely. The paperwork was seamless, they arranged enclosed shipping for approximately $1,500, and my Cayenne arrived exactly as described, fully protected and in excellent condition.

They also went above and beyond by sourcing a back-ordered Sport Exhaust and installing it for an additional $5,000, which I felt was a very fair price considering how difficult the part was to obtain.
Over the years I’ve owned vehicles from Lexus, McLaren, Ferrari, and Bentley, so I’ve experienced customer service across several luxury brands. Porsche San Francisco stands among the very best. They earned my trust through honesty, flexibility, and exceptional service—not sales tactics.

I can confidently say they made me a Porsche enthusiast for life. I would absolutely buy another Porsche from Porsche San Francisco, and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts its customers first.

From start to drive off, my entire experience with Porsche San Francisco’s sales team was luxury level. I wasn’t completely surprised, as my experiences with their Service team are always 5-star. I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff. I was made to feel genuinely welcomed.

Purchased a new 2026 GT3 from James Shinn last week. In fact I purchased a 2024 Targa GTS from him when he was at Stevens Creek Porsche. James provided excellent communication which ensured a smooth and seamless transaction. He explained all the features of the car and assisted with setup. He followed up the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns. I’ve recommended him to friends and family.
