Went for lunch with my wife. I’m a long time Vegan, she is not. Food was AMAZING for the both of us. For other Vegans, they have a TON of options. A must try!

Good burrito I got the grilled chicken one. Had guacamole and was well cooked maybe a bit more seasoning would make it better other than that I have no complaints. Authentic Mexican restaurant staff was very friendly.

This is a staple of downtown SD. A corner “hole in the wall” restaurant where you’ll be met with a smile and treated like family.
The food is truly incredible and served in large portions. The crew here is passionate about every plate that comes from the kitchen. Ask for Lupè (front desk) or Pokez (mastering the kitchen).
Parking is a breeze, there’s a big lot just across the street and there is plenty of street parking as well. It’s also waking distance from Petco Park, but far enough from downtown that you don’t have to worry about crazy crowds.
Pokez is a must. Make it a Friday afternoon stop with friends to celebrate the close of a week. A weekday dinner, because why cook at home. The weekend isn’t the weekend without great food, good drinks, and big smiles.

Local Mexican restaurant opened in 1994, great food, HUGE portions at reasonable prices. Ordered at the counter and brought to our table on paper plates. Food was outstanding!! Miguel was so kind and on point. Not fancy, just perfect. Their hot HOT sauce was fire. Dog friendly too. Paid Parking lot across the street.
