Never expecter a new car dealership to take the time to help me find an old chevy express van to build into a tiny rolling home. Went above and beyond anything I expected. I purchased a Bolt, and it is a blast. Even better, my buying experience was fantastic and a breeze. T.J was informative and made sure I was comfortable with making the leap to my first EV. Mark got me through the paperwork clearly and efficiently, and followed up right away with even a small fix that could have been easily been lost in the shuffle. I’m extremely satisfied with the car and the excellent sales service I received at Platinum Chevrolet. I even got a call from Jessica, making sure that I was happy with my purchase and experience! The Bolt is renowned for needing very little service, but when I do, I’ll be coming back.

Let me start off… I think everyone was super friendly!! The staff is amazing!
However, it did take forever for my parts to arrive and the worst part was that I have a million grease /fingerprints all over the hood and around my car. Truly disappointed in that!
