A sweet spot in Guernville with the most delicious brunch, lunch and unique items for tourists looking to take a piece of Gville back with them.
My wife and I stopped in 3 times over the course of a few days because of much we loved the warm service, incredibly yummy biscuits, Dutch pancakes sandwich’s and coffee. The ladies at the front were so helpful and kind- we never wanted to leave! If you want a super delicious brunch and a place that makes you feel at home, definitely go here.
Also, the coffee and salami they keep stocked are great too- thanks Piknik & team 🙂
This cute little breakfast joint/coffee shop/market is a celebration of Sonoma County’s local businesses and culture. You can really tell how much thought goes into making the most of the small space, curating an eclectic mix of local goods. Pliny the Elder beer, Fort Ross wine, Lala’s pepper jelly, Cypress Grove and Cowgirl Creamery cheese, and so much more.
Not only is this a fun place for tourists to enjoy a little slice of Sonoma county, But I come by in the early mornings and it’s clear that they treat the local working class well too. If the locals are willing to pay a premium to visit a visitor-centric space, you know it’s GOOD good.
The famous biscuits from the old Big Bottom market are paired with vegetarian or meat options in sandwiches, or With honey for a sweet treat. There’s a variety of other sweet and savory baked goods, and pizzas and dumplings too! Seriously worth a stop by next time you’re in Guerneville.
Very pleasantly surprised by this cafe. We ordered the Coastal Sage sandwich, which was delicious. The bread was great and had a unique mixture of jam and aioli.
We also got the chicken salad, which was big and had great presentation. There was a Wild West Country Green smoothie with spinach, cucumber, banana, and mint. It was perfect, not too sweet, and refreshing.
Overall a cute cafe and surprisingly good food options 🙂
Crazy crazy good sandwiches. We tried the chicken and turkey sandwiches and they were probably the sandwiches I’ve ever had. We also tried the biscuits and blue muffin. Both solid. This place is amazing. You have to try it.
