I had such a great experience at Phatsy Kline in Eureka! The bartender working that night had short hair and glasses (I didn’t catch her name) but she was absolutely exceptional. Even though the bar was incredibly busy, she made us feel completely taken care of the entire time. She kept checking in on us, made sure we always had what we needed, and was genuinely warm, hospitable, and caring.

And the cocktails… wow. It’s been a long time since I’ve had drinks made with that level of quality and attention to detail. Every cocktail was delicious.

Great service can really make a night memorable, and she absolutely did that for us. Can’t wait to come back!

Where to begin! I have been here a few times now, with different groups of awesome people, and they all loved it! (As well as myself) Our wait staff every time has been phenomenal, and the food has never let us down! I enjoy that their menu pays attention to detail. It is a consistent menu, with a few daily specials! The food always looks just like the pictures, and tastes even better. The drinks are always to die for and made very well. It is a fun and clean establishment. My experience here has been consistently excellent. I love that they have vegan/vegetarian options as well and can seem to accomodate us whenever we would like to switch things up a bit! I love the Lavender Lemon Drop and their house made Garlic knotts always hit the spot.
