For self service care wash they are my go to. Fridays and weekends are busy, but weekdays better. It can take a few swipes of your card before machines work. They have power wash and vacuum both areas take cards. They are right next to a local fruit vendor so you can pick up a nice papaya, avos or tomatillos when in season afterward.

I went to Pete’s for the first time in years recently, it was such a positive experience (for me and for my vehicle!). The standout take away for me was the spectacular, above-and-beyond customer service provided by each of the three folks I spoke with: two staff members and one co-owner. Very friendly, responsive, and authenticity engaged with their care for customer experience.

Not only is it locally owned, but there are plenty of washing and vacuuming bays. The place was kickin’ on a random Monday early afternoon but as far as I saw, no-one had to wait in line an undue amount of time. This visit was in summer, and I was SO GRATEFUL that both wash and vacuum/clean areas were SHADED!

In addition to the basic necessities, the amenities were above and beyond every other self-clean place I’ve gone: large public utility sink in the vacuum/interior cleaning area, a rag wringer, etc. I will say, I’ve been to some places with better vacuum suction, but overall 10/10 for the reasons presented above. Also, if anything isn’t working appropriately, just ask a friendly staff person for help. In my case, they rectified a situation immediately and reimbursed what I had spent on it without my asking.

Couldn’t recommend supporting this local small business more highly.

Always love this car wash. The best prices around (and free tokens incentives to buy more tokens at once). Has all the amenities, from the wash bays, to an electric blow dryer, vacuums, a rug beater, cleaning supplies, even a sink to rinse stuff off.
