Today was my first appointment as a new patient at Dr. Pentecost practice. They are very welcoming and friendly. I have followed my Hygienist for the last 15 years wherever she goes. She recommended me to this practice as she is no longer in the field. I literally sat in the parking lot texting her before I went into my appointment because I was nervous. It’s a wonderful thing to be able to say you genuinely enjoy visiting your dentist. I think Dr. Pentecost and his entire staff are absolutely top notch. It sounds cheesy to say they’re sort of like family, but since many in my family go to this office I guess it’s pretty accurate! After several visits to unqualified, rude dentists in and around Humboldt, I found Dr. Pentecost and am SO happy to have FINALLY found a dentist who has experience, excellent dental skills and is SO kind! Dr. Pentecost’s office fit me into his schedule and within a matter of days (not months) I was welcomed by his friendly staff, meeting Dr. Pentecost for the first time.
While in the waiting room, the kindness and familiarity with the patients ahead of me was touching. After the bit of stress of finding a new dentist, Dr Pentecost and his friendly, professional staff put me at ease immediately and I received the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had.
Establishing as a new patient here as a retiree is comforting and reassuring. Added bonus: the office was easy to find and had plenty of parking available.
