First off you order at the bar, no table service. I suggest, stick to the French Fries. The server highly recommended the Fresh made focaccia bread turkey sandwich, said it was “to die for and her favorite,” unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. It was served on what tasted like 3 day old, very thick dry bread, and the turkey appeared to be processed compressed rather than fresh, with only two thin slices of turkey, huge amount of hot onions, and very meager cranberry sauce, which what she said was homemade. Dry is an understatement, Saharan dry. Seriously couldn’t even talk after the first bite. Overall, the quality did not match the recommendation.

If you would like our repeat business, I suggest taking a closer look at these details before serving this item to your guests.

Pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant! Quick and attentive service. You order first and then seat yourself. Super causal and easy (even with toddlers). Everyone is so kind. Food runners brought out crayons and paper for our girls and the food shortly after. We had the big n tasty, cheeseburger and onion rings. Hazy IPA they had on draft was great.

So glad we stopped in finally after a few years of visiting Calistoga. We’ll see you again next year :)!

Sat on the walkway…loved the people (dog) watching and the food was delicious. Don’t miss the eggplant which comes with its own meal of pesto pasta! So good – even the next night for dinner of leftovers. Wine list was short and sweet.

Loved the vibe here! The people that work here are so kind and welcoming!! We got their fish tacos, gluten free pesto pasta, and a mojito and really enjoyed our entire meal. With so many dining experiences in the Napa area feeling overly gourmet or heavy feeling we really appreciated that their menu was more familiar and lighter fare, without skimping on flavor. They also have lots of gluten free options and the staff even came out with the gf pasta they use to confirm it was ok. This was one of our favorite places we ate at. Sometimes you just want simple delicious food, and this was it for us.

Loved the combo pizza here — tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The team is super friendly, and the place is clean with a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend Palisades Eatery for a quick, quality bite!
