The atmosphere here is pretty, but the service and food quality are a complete mess.
​The operations are remarkably disorganized. After taking my order, the employee walked away to the back without letting me pay—leaving me stuck at the counter while my ice cream and drinks sat there melting in the heat. Since I couldn’t leave with unpaid food, the ice cream meant for people waiting in my hot car just sat there getting ruined. I had to wait until a completely different worker came up to ask if I needed anything else just so I could finally pay and leave. To make matters weirder, the employee was openly speaking poorly about a coworker and then switched from English to Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand what was being said. Another staff member even wiped down our table while my son was actively sitting at it.
​The food was equally disappointing. The fruit drink was watered down, full of unblended stringy chunks, and lacked flavor—far below the quality you’d expect. A nice aesthetic doesn’t make up for abysmal service, trash-talking staff, and subpar food. I won’t be back.

My husband and I both loved the ice cream… it’s soooo delicious! But the best part is that they make you feel like the most special customer in the world! Next trip there, I’m definitely trying the huge assortment of paletas!! I wish we lived closer so we could take a bunch home for later!

They have really delicious ice cream! I also love that they have so many interesting and unique flavors! My husband had two scoops coconut, and I had one scoop cancitas?? (Mexican bread), one scoop Mexican chocolate. It was fresh and tasty!
