Moved here as a permanent resident almost six years ago. The management here has improved this park 100%.they work very hard to keep it clean and attractive with trees and plants. They are very nice friendly and helpful to the tenants. It’s nice quiet park and close to shopping either by car, bus or even walking..come visit and stay in one of the beautiful cottages and check us out!

Such a nice quiet peaceful place to live. Management very nice and quick to help fix any issues that occur. Very family oriented park with a big field for the kids to run, play soccer. Don’t have to worry about locking your stuff up as surveillance is amazing and all the neighbors look out for eachother. Bus stop right in front of the park so your kids don’t have to go far to get picked up. Lots of new upgrades always making the park look better and better. Laundry mat on site which makes such a difference not having to go sit at the laundry mat in town and hope you get a chance at the public washers. Claudia goes above and beyond making the park look amazing and making sure to put signs up for speed for our kids to be able to play safe without worrying about people speeding and quick to help with any suspicious activity and strives for the park to be very kid friendly! Have lived in this park for 7 years and it just gets better and better. Thank you management for all you do!

Wonderful environment and friendly community with children and pets. So many lovely plants and beautiful Redwood trees. The staff is very friendly and very informative and willing to go the extra mile for everyone.
