Most of the tenants are too busy worrying about what other tenants are doing. When they could just be mindful and live their own lives. I would not recommend moving there for the risk of other tenants being too busy complaining about neighbors getting them into trouble causing a high turnover rate.

I live Orr commons 1 it was a great place when I first started living there it’s not as great of a place anymore. The apartment complex where I live is filthy no one cleans up after their kids. Honestly, it is embarrassing to live in these complexes.

The on-site manager there is just a glorified babysitter who takes her job too seriously who will call the cops for no reason and even make up scenarios that never happened to call the police on people who don’t deserve it while the original plan for the ore Creek Commons 1 and 2 was to be for homeless supportive services there’s only 10 units in each complex that are allowed to have homeless people in them so out of 71 apartments only 20 of them are to help the homeless

Moved in February of 2025. 1 Bedroom. Nice and big. Quiet. Includes internet. Has laundry facilities that you pay for. No units with laundry hookups. Very close to Ukiah Rural Valley Hospital, Myers and all those medical offices. Home Depot, Raley’s, Mc Donald’s, Big 5 all very close. Has dog park and a community garden.

Don’t come to live here the building manager doesn’t care about the tenants. I have to call the cops constantly for homeless people or neighbors fights all night. This place is ridiculous. The manager does nothing.
