Basically all of Oliver’s stores are good overall. Just pricey on some products. I us I ally got on Wednesdays is 10% seniors day it helps. Plus at 8pm their sushi is 50% off plus using 20 percent on Wednesdays is not bad, just have to eat it either sane day or next day at the latest
Some Oliver’s stores are a bit bigger and have certain additions whereas there’s nay not..lines are long for their deli take out..depends on staff at deli I noticed certain stores is slower in making sandwiches and deli items..I used to work in a first ever high end grocery store like Mollie Stones and Oliver’s, Nugget in marin almost 20 years ago I was quick making sabdwuches..esp. specialty ones and slicing meats and cheeses etc..too bad only lasted a little over a year or so..people were not ready for that vision back then. I just find the only negative is theur deli lines..some staff are nicer than others. I have been To all the Oliver’s . Parking is better at some locations Also a good thing they do is very weeky ad if you sign up, your email you get notices about a free item or 50% off an item..they have free recipe cards online and in store. Overall store is good
Very nice I pass 4 other convenient stores just to support this store. Wide variety of products and the owners are simply wonderful. They are very dedicated to their business and treat all with kindness and respect.
I had a mixed experience at this grocery store. On the positive side, the location is convenient, and the store carries a good range of everyday essentials. Some of the deals and discounts were also quite appealing.
However, the store felt a bit disorganized, and it wasn’t always easy to find what I was looking for. A few items I needed were out of stock, which was frustrating. The checkout process was slower than expected as well.
Overall, it’s an okay place for quick shopping, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
This is my favorite Oliver’s location. As always, the staff are all super friendly and helpful. They have a good mix of the typical “health food” brands (ie. Organic, all natural) as well as the popular “convenience” and conventional brands.
I think this location has the biggest salad bar and hot food selection, as well as ready-to-heat prepared foods. They have a pizza oven (the only location!) and sell by the slice and whole pizzas with huge slices and excellent pricing. They have sushi chef, who is happy to make a roll that’s not out of they aren’t crazy busy and they don’t skimp on the more expensive ingredients. There’s also a burrito and quesadilla ..station? ..chef? I’m not sure what you call it. Of course, large deli selection, the sandwiches are always very good. Oftentimes my husband and I split a sandwich and the staff are super accommodating, putting toppings on only one half, or in a separate baggie so we can add it at home. They’ll always give you separate side containers of oil and vinegar, which is nice if you’re not eating right away.
The butcher counter is wonderful. Very helpful staff, good quality meats and the prices aren’t outrageous.
Also, eggs! If you’re looking for unbleached, pasture raised, certified humane eggs, they’re usually cheaper here than at Safeway.
WOW! What an experience. My first visit and I was utterly surprised by the countless encounters I had with every employee. I was shopping for my daughter’s birthday, as she had specific suggestions of what she wanted from this market. Every in employee from the bakery, deli, wine section, cheese section, dairy and checkout were extremely helpful in putting together my first charcuterie board, and the princess cake was over the top delicious!
