As locals we were very disappointed to find out that this new business is nowhere near as good as the old one the sandwiches were very weak overpriced and they will not keep the local business

Used to make nice big sandwiches. Now for the same price, you get a tiny sandwich drenched in sauce. Made it like the meat and toppings was coming out of their paycheck. Straight to the trash and went to b & c.

Used to call sandwiches in for the crew, but the new owners don’t whish to be disturbed. So I sent someone in to take care of the paperwork.Yes paperwork. My ham and Swiss on large french roll had ONE thin slice of cheese.It used to be a great and friendly store.

Oak Mark & Deli is a clean and lovely market. The person who made my sandwich was really nice and the cashier was also very nice and welcoming. The store was clean and the deli portion of the market looked clean and fresh. I loved the options of sandwiches. I ordered The Smoke House which is a cold sandwich with smoked turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mustard and mayo. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star review is because my sandwich was a bit too saucy for me and so was my husband’s, and the total was a bit high. I can easily ask for less mayo and mustard next time. For two sandwiches, two sodas, and one bag of chips the total was $32.21. I thought that was a bit high but with inflation a lot of things are high in price now.
Overall I enjoyed visiting Oak Market & Deli. I thought the customer service was great, it was a clean store and deli with lots to look at a purchase. We will be back to try more sandwiches.
