Plus its defiintely overpriced for what I understand to be a “free maintenance service” $200..but hey that is the world we now live in. It just bugs me how all these companies profess we love and care for our customers.. but honestly can’t back it up in reality. Its endemic.

Kyle is truly the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with — and a huge reason we’ll continue bringing our Chevy in for service. He went above and beyond in helping us navigate ongoing issues with our Suburban and kept me updated every step of the way. Even when I was frustrated and feeling pretty hopeless, Kyle remained patient, proactive, and reassuring.

His follow-through, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. He’s an absolute keeper, and I’m incredibly grateful for his tireless effort on my vehicle.

Thank you again for the exceptional service!

The manager at the service department put profits before the client. Bought a new car and it’s experiencing issues while driving at high speeds 75-80 miles per hour with less than 3k miles on it. I took my car in to be checked. I received a call from the service department asking if I could go drive the car with the technician because they legally cannot drive the vehicle at high speed to replicate the problem. I said yes and drove 45 minutes to the dealership to drive with the technician. The manager then declined for me to drive with his technician because I wanted to drive up to Petaluma from Novato because their stretch of the 101 is a construction zone and Petaluma is not. The manager would not work with my situation and instead told me to understand that he couldn’t let his technician go but they sure took my money when I bought the car!

Came in to the service dept. today to see about a one-pedal driving problem that we were experiencing with our Bolt EUV (creeping forward on downhill roads, unless you press the brake pedal–which makes this not “one-pedal” driving). After dropping off the car and just about to leave, the service agent let me know that the service manager said the problem is “normal operation”. The service manger then came out and we were discussing this, with my position being this isn’t truly one-pedal driving if you have to use the brake to stop the car in this situation, when the service manager abruptly just walked away from the conversation, without saying another word! Unprofessional, and fully disregarding of the logic I was trying to place into this topic. Hope this car has no more warranty issues, as I won’t be taking back to Novato Chevrolet, and will have to travel farther for service.
