The service department has poor communication and customer service. Timeliness of diagnostic and repair is poor. Their failure to schedule services within customers schedules is completely unacceptable.
Jeff should not be working in a position that deals with customers. He has no respect for them, nor does he have respect for his job. The only thing he is good at is antagonizing the customer and hanging up on them.

Went in today for a trade in, had a little miscommunication to start with, took a bit long to get what I asked for and wanted to see in front of me. Met a few staff and didn’t really get their name. But I believe their name was Kat and Adam(finance). I’d still give it a 5 because they were down to earth and understanding people, Easy guys to talked to, they really trying to help and made the process less stressful. Good listener. Towards half way through they wasted no time getting everything put together and finalize the sale. I am happy with the outcome. Also, Im very happy to be able to purchase a car from this dealership. The guys down there were real nice. My ability to get my loan with somewhat questionable. The guys on the floor and in the office did a lot of work to find me a solution. I love my new truck! They even topped off the gas tank before I left.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the great service and professionalism we received from the team at Northwood Chevrolet. Mark, Dmitry, Adam, Chris, and Joel made our car buying experience a pleasure. They did not have the exact car on the lot that we were looking for. This was no big deal. They did a dealer trade with another Hyundai dealer from down south the next day and drove it back up to Eureka. There is NO need to go out of town. I leased a car from them and did the transaction remotely, as I’m based in the Bay Area. Pricing & negotiations were straightforward and comms with my salesperson, Hunter, were clear. He responded to any questions that I had almost immediately via email or text and occasional phone calls. What I truly appreciated was that Hunter made himself available on a Sunday, where the dealership is normally closed, for me to fly up and pick up the car.
If you’re looking for a new car, and a Hyundai in particular, I’d highly recommend Northwood and Hunter.
