Well we are from out of town and made a on line appointment over the weekend for a Monday 8/3 appointment at 7:30 am and it stated that you would get a confirmation notification which never came, called dealership at 7:00am and left message wondering about my appointment and decided to show up anyway and was told no record of appointment being made and would not get a confirmation over the weekend anyway(I guess no return phone call to my message either) really disrupted our vacation and no trying to correct the problem, the on line never says you won’t get a appointment over the weekend and it is the one that suggested the time, very disappointing would never use this dealership for anything again
