There’s nothing really to do there. They don’t have a food vendor right now. There isn’t a gift shop either. You can walk down to the river and you can walk into a living redwood tree

You get to ride the train throughout an old railroad, it’s so fun and family friendly. ☺

We took the skunk train to this station and had some time to spend by the creek and also, to enjoy some of the local hospitality with their food and crafts.
I would suggest that you bring an outfit to swim in the river and a change for the ride back…
