We stayed for 2 years, and had a wonderful experience! Tom was awesome from the first phone call, and it continued throughout our time there. Our neighbors were warm and welcoming, and if we didn’t have to relocate for a new job, we’d stay longer!

Stayed here for 6 months. It was a great stay, campground manager, Tom, is very clear and hard working. Beautiful location, with lake access, and RV park is clean. Definitely the best RV resort that I saw around the lake. I felt safe every night. Would definitely recommend.

Do not stop here just keep driving. The elements in this park are not acceptable. The rent is a couple bucks less, don’t let that fool you. Don’t do it you will regret it. As I am writing this I am contemplating asking for our money back.

Quiet peaceful spot right on Clear Lake. Have seen at least a dozen types of birds, and an osprey nest nearby. Most of units are full time residents with a few spots for passer bus. Tom, the manager, very helpful and pleasant. We camped in a 24 ft motorhome.
