So I’ve been looking for a transit connect for a long time now and really couldn’t find what I really wanted until I found North Bay motors on craigslist. I got a really good deal on a transit connect long wheelbase and so it was a no-brainer price. I felt like the owner was very personable and honest. I have already recommended this business to my friends. He washed the vehicle, replaced all the filters, wipers, and fluids on my request, and then delivered it the next day an hour away without extra cost. Now I am driving in a van that smells and feels brand new, has low mileage and is dependable.

Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We were in the market for a minivan and decided to check out NorthBay. Ryan was amazing. Zero pressure. We showed up a little early to check out the car and were handed the keys with the freedom to check out the entire car and were told “take your time and let me know if you have any questions”. The cars were very clean, and each had the full history via CarFax. We’ve had dealers follow us trying to sell every car we look at. This place had legitimately zero pressure. If we had questions, they were super helpful, but they let us look at the cars at our own pace. Once we decided we were interested in the Pacifica, we told Ryan our budget and what our maximum price was. He was very easy to negotiate with, didn’t push us to buy any extras add-ons for the car and was able to meet us at our asking price. This made our decision just that much easier. Additionally, he was kind enough to send us a gift to go with our car!
