We knew exactly what kind of used car fit our budget and families needs. We also didn’t want to be constantly hassled by a car salesman. Our salesman at Northbay Hyundai upon meeting my wife and I seemed to instinctually understand our situation and built an immediate rapport. We left that dealer, test drove another minivan but came to Northbay Hyundai and asked for Victor because we were not only happy with the price but his ability to negotiate a fair deal.

On Sunday 8/16/26 my wife and I started our search for a Hyundai pallisade. Viktor was very informative and offered us a great deal on a 2026 Pallisade. Being the first car we’ve looked at, we decided to look at a different car dealership. We ended up buying a 2024 Pallisade, but we backed out of the deal the following day .
We then called Viktor back, who was able to tighten his numbers for us. So, we purchased the vehicle. Viktor did an unbelievable job for us and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back when our daughter is ready to buy a car. Thanks again.
