What a gem! Just got into and needed a quick snack/belated lunch. I got Mama Nina’s salad with steak — very generous portion; and more importantly, DELICIOUS! Also enjoyed a frosty Corona with lime wedge. It was so good, lettuce and veggies were crunchy and fresh. Dressing was yummy and obviously house-made. Will come here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend! Sorry I forgot to take a photo of the gorgeous salad — was too hungry!

The street taco I ordered was incredibly delicious and served with a fast turnaround. It came with just steak and cheese, topped with spicy salsa. The two tortillas were stacked together, and the steak and cheese were so generous that I could easily make two street tacos out of it. Both were packed to the brim, bursting with meat and cheese when I folded them in half. It was absolutely fire, and I definitely want to return to this place.

The food is super fresh and tasty! The avocado taco is so good. Love the salsas. I can see why others may say the food is bland, but I don’t see it as a problem for this restaurant. Just different branding in my opinion and I think it does a good job.
The only thing I would change is having self-serve water available for customers, instead of bottled as the only option, but I can still see how this fits into their style as well so it’s not a huge deal.

The price and taste are good overall, but there are a few issues with the food. The tortilla wasn’t fully cooked, and the tamale shell was much too thick. I also tried the chicken taco, and while the flavor was decent, the meat was a bit dry.
