We sat by the fireplace and it was warm, cozy with food and drinks served within reasonable time. The food is flavorful and bold. We tried a few items and are eager to try more. Great experience for our 1st visit. The staff was accommodating and our waitress, incredibly kind. As we left we were welcomed back by staff. Over all experience for a lunch date was perfect.

Went on a Friday night around 7:30. They weren’t busy… at all. In fact, they switched waiters on us cause our original waiter was clocking out early. The food took a long time to come, especially since my wife’s pizza sat under the heat lamp with us taking bets it was hers while they made my entree.
The pizza was ok, Mod pizza is better lol. It was $25. My barramundi was terrible, it was so overcooked I couldn’t get the skin off or cut it with a fork. My wife had a salad, which was a handful of romaine positively swimming in Caesar. It looked like she had leftover soup after she finished dredging out the lettuce, lastly the Dubai brownie was so hard (from being in the refrigerator since being made 2 days ago it seemed) that after watching us struggle to cut it our waitress put it under the heat lamp for a few minutes and told us she didn’t want us to break a tooth on it – because someone else had done so recently.
The only thing that was good was the Pom Sprtizer. Definitely wouldn’t go back, for $120 they should know how to cook the food on their menu.

Really nice spot, has that slightly upscale feel without being over the top.

We’ve tried a mix of pizzas, appetizers, brunch, and drinks, and honestly everything has been great.

    Overall solid choice.

+Lee is always on point with his recommendations ands amazing drinks!

Upscale spot with great drinks and a lively atmosphere

Stayed at the Sheraton next to the Sundial Bridge and stopped into Mosaic for a couple drinks at the bar. The space has a clean, upscale vibe that feels perfect for unwinding after a long day. I didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, but the menu had a lot of promising options.

A few folks I was with ordered Old Fashioneds and said they were some of the best they’ve ever had…definitely on my list for next time. The pizza oven was cranking out some seriously good‑looking pies, and you can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they’re putting out.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a spot I’ll absolutely be returning to on my next stay in the area.

We stopped at Mosaic in Redding on our way back from Portland, and it was a delightful surprise.

Our server, Aspen, was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole visit. He made us feel very welcome and checked in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. Truly fantastic service and one of those servers who makes the whole experience better.

We brought our dogs, and they were not only welcome, they even had their own Doggy Menu. That was such a fun touch and our pups loved their meal.

The outdoor patio was perfect for an early spring afternoon, shady, comfortable, and very relaxing.

The food was excellent. The Cornbread Starter was incredibly tasty with a little kick to it, definitely not your grandma’s cornbread. The Strawberry Thai Pepper Wings were sweet, tangy, and packed with flavor. The Classic Wood Fired Pizza was amazing, crispy crust, perfectly cooked, and very satisfying.

Prices were very fair, and their happy hour looks like a great deal. We will definitely be back to try it.

Great service, great food, and genuinely dog friendly. A wonderful stop on a road trip.
