I have had our insurance policies (auto, renters, life ins.) with State Farm for several years – switching to them after several poor customer service experiences with other insurances companies. Although I have never met Mr. Alfaro himself, I can attest to the impeccable service of his team – my most recent experience with Estela was no exception – Norma and Cecilia are also great! It is so wonderful to have a REAL human interactions with patient and knowledgeable staff – and not be sent to some far away call center with people reading off scripts!
It is always fast and easy to handle any claims, roadside assistance, coverage updates or adding new autos. They have handled a stolen catalytic converter and no fault accident claims brilliantly – always patient and kind throughout the process.
