Let me start by saying I am really happy with this purchase and with my salesman Hugo Diaz and Sales manager Michael Delao. Five years back I was ready to purchase my first Honda and got the accord 2021 but from an outside dealer due to having a problem with an employee at mid city, who was very unhelpful when I was ready to buy. I decided to go back after five years and give them another try and thank God the guy that was there when I was ready to purchase Was not there anymore. I really appreciate Hugo and Michael going out of their way to make this experience very pleasant and they were both giving me great information. And helping me with my purchase. If and when you go into mid city and are purchasing a Honda, I highly recommend these two. I cannot see enough about these two and I really appreciate them. Shit

I had been driving my 21 year-old Honda Accord for 16 years when it suddenly “blew a head gasket“. The thought of shopping for a new car terrified me, but I did not want to put thousands of dollars into such an old car.
I went to Mid City Honda in Eureka, California and was warmly greeted by Mike Shapiro. Mike was amazing! He could tell that I was intimidated by the idea of buying and driving a new hybrid Honda Accord. He guided me through every step of the process with his comforting and compassionate approach. There was absolutely no pressure. Dealing with all the paperwork and financing was a breeze. Mike was my mentor. Sitting in the driver seat I felt as if I was in the cockpit of a jet, but with Mike’s help, I gained the confidence I needed to be able to drive the car off the lot. Mike encouraged me to call him or come into the dealership anytime I have a question or concern about my new car and he has given me two follow-up phone calls just to make sure that everything is going smoothly. I would highly recommend, to anyone wanting to buy a car at Mid City Motors, to ask for Mike Shapiro.
