Great hike through the park to the waterfalls and back. Beautiful trees and lots of birds along the way. The path was in great shape. We even found a couple Geocaches along the way. We did cross paths with a few other hikers, but most of the time we were alone on the trail. Highly recommend!
WOAH! Two of the prettiest overlooks I’ve ever seen! We did a quick .9mile loop that was great!! Highly recommend stopping here and then spending some time in the cute little town of Mendocino
Beautiful coastal park with breathtaking ocean views, rugged cliffs, and peaceful walking trails. Everywhere you turn feels postcard-worthy, especially with the waves crashing against the rocks and the fresh coastal air. It’s a perfect place to slow down, take photos, watch the sunset, or simply enjoy nature. The trails are easy to explore and the scenery feels untouched and calming. A must-stop if you’re visiting the Mendocino coast.
Beautiful costal park. Trails are an easy walk. There are steps if you want to access the ocean, otherwise the walk around the bluffs is flat. There are a few marine sinkholes to check out. Also a great spot to watch the sunset of course. Trails are near the town of Mendocino. Restaurants and gift shops, and a grocery store are available. There are public restrooms available about a half mile east of the southern entrance to the trails, on the main drag across the street from a gift shop. The trails are Posey approved and dog friendly.
