Got a chance to have a short conversation and its obvious this is someone who knows what they’re talking about and is able to give great guidance and advice. This is my everyday go-to spot for everything! Not only is the owner Donnie extremely friendly but he is also very knowledgeable about every item he carries in his store. Every time i have a question or concern he is eager to answer every question and point me in the right direction! He offers a huge variety of meal preps along with energy drinks, proteins, pre workouts, and soon to be a smoothie bar!! Ukiah needed a place like this so badly!
