I’m glad this store is here but cannot recommend ordering online or event through them for pickup. If it’s not in the store, I’d figure out a different way to go. Two times in a row I tried to order a part online for pickup at the store and both times I went to pick it up they looked at me like I had two heads, couldn’t find the part, and “had no record of it in the system.” Very frustrating in this day and age when we try to support local stores …

Haven’t had the best experience with the store as far as the kitchen cabinet area goes.
First thing-Tried to change the color of the cabinets a few weeks in and was told it was too late. Then surprisingly we received a notice they were delayed. Then the cabinets came in broken. They did compensate us however.
Second thing- Ordered inserts for utensils and Vince says he doesn’t recall that part of conversation. Not happy at all. Ineptitude

Terra of Mendo Mill Ukiah helped me greatly Friday to exchange some batteries that didn’t work. It became a complicated exchange, but she did everything in her power to smooth the way and make sure I got reimbursed. I am very grateful for her extra help! I have had very good experiences with the staff at this store in general, but she really shines out in her kindness & excellent customer care!
