Went to get a haircut and my eyebrows done the woman who did my haircut completely chopped up my bangs so I told her it was fine because I didn’t want it to get any worse. I asked her to cut my split ends, just a trim and she barely cut anything and I originally had a straight across cut now it is all uneven. When she did my eyebrows, she told me to let me know if the wax was too hot as soon as she touched me with the wax I burned. I blistered up almost immediately after I left the establishment and now I have a scab under my eye. It’s been almost a week. I was charged 50$ for this service.
It’s been a little more than a month since my visit and I have been left with an ugly scar under my eyebrow. 🙁

Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. My forehead was pushed way back during the line up and she knew she was going too far by the faces she made. Gonna have to wear a hat until it grows back. Definitely won’t be back. Waste of $28.

First time I decided to try mendocuts and let me tell you it won’t be my last there service was so fast the women had patience and so kind with my son I highly recommend !

I called to make an appointment, they hung up before asking my name but instead said to just come in. Seems to be first come first serve even if you call, which is off-putting. The haircut starts and i am immediately under the impression that she had no idea what she was doing. I showed her a pic of my old hair cut and said redo that. Its a really easy cut. Buzz sides, longer on top. She butchered it completely, and overused a thinning tool to the max. Midway through using a buzzer to trim hair on top (what the ****) she cut my ear open by mistake bad enough that it bled for 5 minutes and she allowed it to bleed the entire time until it was so obvious and unsettling that she wiped it off with her fingernail. Her manager had to come “fix” my haircut because it was so bad, it still looks like terrible, and they had the nerve to charge 28 dollars for the worst experience ive ever had with a simple haircut. I recommend literally anyone but Mendo Cuts. Worst haircut in the County is made inexcusable by the lack of professionalism. I made an appointment with a barber and will never recommend or return to Mendo Cuts.
