Honestly very rude. Staff super impersonal. Went here on vacation as I forgot to grab jeans and it was a little chilly. As soon as I hit the door they immediately watched everything i did thinking I was going to steal. Not going to lie I was in a jacket and sweats not the typical I spend my money clothes, but I was looking for a good pair of pants there prices weren’t horrible. After walking around found some pants and a couple t shirts I was interested in went to try the pants on. I asked prior if they had a changing room indicating I was trying to try something on I guess when I went back there really fast they had a policy where you have to check them out? Why wouldn’t that be mentioned at the time of asking about the changing room? They asked my partner rudely what I took back there it was one pair of pants… your store is super small I wasn’t going to steal. I did need pants tho and you had the only pairs that fit in this area. Once they texted me that I immediately took them pants off put them back on the hanger nicely and put them back in the rack. I’d rather spend my money somewhere where people actually want the business they didn’t want mine and made it clear. Make sure before you come to Mendicino/Fort Bragg you bring clothes the places here are overpriced and this place isn’t worth your time or your money give to people who care about what they do and there are plenty here.

This store is not cheap. T shirts are listed at a minimum of 30$. Also I noticed one rack dedicated to 100% polyester hoodies priced at 45$. Which blows my mind. I will say they do have a large inventory of Levi’s but you might as well go straight to LEVI with the price point offered here. The main description is slightly misleading as “low cost” is mentioned which is NOT the case.

My daughter and I just purchased three dresses and she loves them. She had such a good time in the store and with the owner, who made us feel so comfortable. We will definitely be going back. Also found shoes to go with the dresses.
