Everytime I try to call for an appointment the front reception never answers the calls . I’ve tried different hours. Yet, still catch myself waiting more than 10 minutes a wait each call.

Dr Young and his staff are AMAZING. The floor in my room was possibly the most gorgeous waxed floor I’ve seen in California! Only negative, well two, it took 10 weeks of absolute PAIN waiting for my appt and bc they only do botox every 3 months (and just did it yesterday), I have to wait another 3 grueling months for pain relief. I know, it’s the cost we pay for living on this beautiful coast and so many non- locally owned housing properties. It’s worth it, just wish it could be better.
