We had an absolutely lovely experience at Meadowcroft Winery. Our hostess was wonderful! There were four of us and two in our party do not drink alcohol. And Meadowcroft had this wonderful non-alcoholic tasting that was so nice. Very accommodating, because there are so many people who don’t drink alcohol these days. It made our trip to that winery very special. I think our hostess’ name was Iris… I remember it was a flower name… But she was wonderful. You should make Meadowcroft one of your stops if you’re in the Sonoma area.

We have driven by many times. But this time on wimm, decided to stop and visit Meadowcroft. We found the the place warm and welcoming. The person taking care of us very helpful and accommodating. They have some very interesting varietals and blends. We tasted a few, found one we liked and asked for two glasses to enjoy. We tasted some more and bought four bottles. We enjoyed our visit, had fun, and plan to return.

I did the wine blending experience with my husband, sister, and niece. We had a blast. Ed, our instructor, was great. He walked us through the tasting experience using 4 different types of reds. We then each had two chances to use any combination of those reds to make a red blend. Once we decided on which we liked, we got to bottle it up and take it home. I absolutely would recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.
